Terms and Conditions

 

  • If you cancel your time-slot with more than 14 day notice then you will be issued a full refund to the card that you used to make your booking. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
  • If you cancel your time-slot with less than 7 day notice then you will receive a credit to re-book a new time slot. Credits will only be issues by contacting us directly via email at [email protected] or by phone at 403-764-6373.
  • A booking is considered a no-show if we aren’t notified about a cancellation at least 2 hours prior to the start of the time-slot. A credit will be issued for no-shows one time only. If a no-show occurs twice then the credit will be rescinded, and no refund will be provided.
  • To make a booking private you will have to either fill the room to capacity.
  • We ask that if you are running late that you call and let us know. As we must be able to keep things running smoothly for other players that day, you may lose your time-slot.
  • We welcome all ages as long as they enjoy playing Nerf and can handle the blasters,
  • You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time-slot.
  • Bookings with less than the maximum room capacity are not considered private and may be joined with other players to fill the room to capacity.
  • When the game starts you will be given a briefing on the rules and then you will be given your gun and mask, this process may take up to 5 minutes.
  • Actual game-play lasts for a maximum of 25 minutes.
  • You may NOT consume alcohol or drugs before or during game-play. You will not be permitted to play and will not be refunded if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • You will not be required to engage in any strenuous physical activity, climb, or lift heavy objects.
  • Each player will be required to sign a waiver before you begin your game play.
  • No outside guns or ammo are allowed in our facility
  • You will be provided with a storage locker to store your belongings prior to entering the game.

 

We accept room bookings outside of our regular hours of operation with a minimum of 15 players. You must call us at 403-764-6373 during our regular business hours or email us at [email protected] to request a game booking outside of our regular hours of operation. Please note that not all requests can be accommodated, but we want to be accommodating! Please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance.

Terms and Conditions

Summer Camps

 

1. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is required for all participants prior to attending camp.
  • Full payment is due at the time of registration to secure a spot.
  • Early bird discounts apply only if payment is made before the specified deadline of May 1, 2025.
  • No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2025. 

2. Camp Schedule & Attendance

  • Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Early Drop-off is between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, and late pick-up is between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
  • There is an additional fee for before and after care of $50.00 each, plus GST. 

3. Code of Conduct

  • All participants must follow staff instructions and respect other campers.
  • Bullying, aggressive behavior, or misuse of equipment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from camp without refund.
  • Campers are responsible for their own belongings; Nerf City is not liable for lost or stolen items.

4. Safety & Medical Policies

  • Parents/guardians must complete and submit a medical form before camp starts.
  • If a camper is feeling unwell or has symptoms of illness, they should not attend camp.
  • Any injuries or medical conditions must be reported to staff immediately.
  • Medications must be provided with proper labeling and instructions.
  • Trained staff will administer first aid when necessary.
  1. Meals and Snacks
  • All snacks are to be provided by the camper.
  • No microwaveable foods permitted.
  • Strict no nut 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 30, 2025.

7. Photography & Media Release

  • By registering, parents/guardians agree that photos and videos of campers may be taken for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing before camp starts.

8. Liability Waiver

  • Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept that participation in Nerf activities involves some level of physical activity and inherent risk.
  • Nerf City is not responsible for any injuries sustained during camp activities.

9. Parental Contact & Emergency Situations

  • Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date emergency contact information.
  • In case of emergency, parents will be contacted immediately.
